Linux Systems Technician in Madrid

Main responsibilities:

User support
Keep track of system incidents.
Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of Ubuntu.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Monitor networks.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Computer equipment encryption and Thunderbird management.
Troubleshooting in virtualized environment.
Purchasing management (follow-up of the necessary equipment and/or devices...)
IT project monitoring.

Requirements:

Training in Administration Systems or Networks.
+ 3 years experience in:
Linux system administration.
Troubleshooting in Linux environment.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Encrypting of computer equipment.
Networks administration.
Good language skills in English.
Proactive and enthusiastic person.
Flexibility and high adaptive capacity.
Learning potential.
Organized and problem-solving skills.
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash...)
Experience in documenting processes.
Advanced knowledge in cybersecurity.
