Lead Full Stack developer with CTO in London

Satsum provides a beautifully designed Customer Experience Management software that helps companies to increase loyalty and referrals.

We founded the company 3 years ago and organically grew it without raising external investment. Satsum has a recurrent revenue stream and paying customers of the like of Intercontinental Hotels Group.

We are now looking for a Lead Full Stack developer to take on further development of the product and improve the experience of our existing customer base. The right candidate will have the opportunity to strategically influence the product and take on a sizeable equity ownership over time. We're open to discuss different % of cash and equity.

The platform has been developed in RoR and includes integrations with Mailchimp and Salesforce.
