We’re looking for our next Novodan - an experienced Lead Mobile Engineer!

What we’d love to find in you:

• You have enormous interest and understanding of mobile platforms, particularly Android and iOS.
• You have demonstrable experience working on apps that support multiple mobile devices
• You are experienced in leading engineering teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pair programming and infrastructure automation
• You have experience in influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence whilst maintaining flexibility
• You have a great ability to develop and execute a technical vision that has a focus on business value
• You have experience collaborating on software projects with both design and backend aspects
• You demonstrate resilience in challenging situations and have the ability to approach difficulties from multiple perspectives
• You have quick learning abilities, with an ambitious and results driven personality
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
• Ability to work in a variety of client settings in multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments
• Champions best practices including writing clean code and reusable code
• Deep insight into mobile development and emerging technologies
