Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and control the daily BPO process;
  • Enhance existing and create new BPO processes and procedures;
  • Reconciliation of the internal and external administrations;
  • Monitor and report the BPO activities to the management of Ohpen;
  • Monitor, report and discuss the SLA report with the client;
  • Participate in stand-alone projects;
  • Be the go-to person for all colleagues regarding securities;
  • Transfer your broad back office knowledge to the rest of the team;
  • Operational and client focus.

Your profile

The world of securities holds no secrets for you. You are experienced in the financial industry and specialized in all back-office activities regarding securities offered to the retail segment. You are ambitious, and know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Sharing your knowledge in the team is key and by doing this, you are able to lift the entire team to a higher level.

  • At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience;
  • Financial services background and experience in securities is a must;
  • A can do attitude towards problem solving;
  • Strong analytical skills and accurate;
  • Operational and client focus;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both verbally and in writing.
