Your responsibilities are:
- Create and maintain documentation and presentation about Beabloo products and solutions (solution briefs, data sheets, etc.)
- Create and maintain technical documentation about Beabloo products and solutions (user guides, technical materials, etc.)
Manage a monthly product newsletter
Participate in a maintenance of Partner Program
Manage a certification process about Beabloo products and solutions
Collaborate with other groups as appropriate to develop strategic perspective on new markets and technologies.
Provide cross-departmental support related to marketing, pre-sales efforts, enhancement testing, and training.
Get and constantly increase the knowledge about the Beabloo´s products and used technologies.
To succeed in this position, you will have a proven track record and:
- Bachelor´s degree or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field
- At least 1 or 2 years of related working experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Experience with MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of writing, editing and preparing internal materials, including company publications, training materials, knowledge base articles, solution briefs, user guides, etc.
- Coordinate production and distribution of materials.
Knowledge of creating and managing company newsletter
Interested in keeping himself/herself up-to-date with the latest technology trends and market trends
Good communication and strong organizational skills
Cross-departmental support related to marketing, pre-sales efforts, enhancement testing, training and 3rd parties.
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Knowledge of MailChimp would be a plus
