Job Description
We are currently looking for a PHP Developer for our metasearch division, Jetcost.
We need smart, passioned and motivated professionals, who would join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop applications and tools written in PHP.
· Integrate third parties' web services with existing IT architecture.
· Implement new features, optimize existing ones, and proactively fix bugs.
· Collaborate with our technical team to solve problems.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must Have
· BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
· 1+ years of experience in both procedural vanilla PHP and object oriented PHP frameworks.
· 1+ years of experience in SQL
· Deep understanding of the modern web protocols (such as HTTP 1.1) stack and architecture.
· Deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
· Experience working with GIT version control system.
· Excellent ability to communicate with diverse groups of users and developers.
· Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
· Experience working with Laravel 5.x or Symfony 3.x framework.
· Experience with Unix server administration.
· Mastery of object oriented programming and design patterns.
· Knowledge of Front-End development (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and mobile frameworks).
