We are looking for a junior Front-End Developer to join our team in
Madrid. As a member of the Front-End team your main responsibilities
will include:
- Develop the next bunch of frontend features of our current
platform using Javascript, Vue.js, AngularJS, HTML5 and CSS following
the UX guidelines of our designer.
- Develop charts that visualize data from our database using d3.js and other graphics frameworks.
- Our frontend development team is small, so you will also get to see all other activities as well.
Your Skills
The ideal candidate will ...
- be proficient in frontend technologies we use (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)
- have hands-on experience in building apps using at least one of
the well known Javascript frameworks: Vue.js, AngularJS, React...
- Have intermediate English conversation skills (half the team is only English speaking)
- Familiarity with the tools: git, editors, testing frameworks,
webpack, css preprocessors, command line tools, linux admin, and ready
to explore new ones to improve our workflow
- Have curiosity for data visualization or fashion
- Be a good team player who is reliable and driven to solve even the most complex challenges
- Be hungry for constant learning
- Have a good taste for design and UX
- A plus would knowing or willing to learn any of the JavaScript
charting libraries (e.g. d3.js, dimple.js, HighCharts, AmCharts...)
