Junior Developer in Barcelona

Essential requirements

• PHP and MySQL skills
• Good OOP programming skills
• Experience using Git or Mercurial.
• Self motivated and resourceful
• Results driven attitude with good balance of quality

Desired Skills

• Good level in PHP, experience with Symfony and RestAPIs
• Advanced MySQL knowledge + Doctrine
• Basic NoSQL knowledge
• Cache mechanisms: memcache, Redis
• Message brokers: RabbitMQ or similars
• Write high-quality and clean code using Symfony best practices and maintaining the code standards
• Maintain and develop new features in the RestAPI (PHP, Symfony, MySQL)
• Ensuring high-performance and availability
• Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers front-end developers and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing and intuitive implementation
• Work hand in hand with team/technical leader
