Job Description

SHOESIZE.ME HELPS FOOTWEAR BRANDS AND RETAILERS MASTER THE FULL FOOTWEAR SIZING LIFE CYCLE; FROM HELPING ONLINE SHOPPERS ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE, TO HELPING RETAILERS TO OFFLOAD LEFT-OVER SIZES, AND PREDICT NEXT SEASON'S SIZE PLANNING. WITH THIS SUITE OF SOLUTIONS AND OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH, WE TACKLE SHOE SIZING CHAOS AT ITS VERY ROOT.

We are currently looking for a JavaScript Developer (part-time / remote).

Our team is seeking an exceptional freelance (part time) JavaScript developer to support our customer success team!
Experience and knowledge with medium JS projects in production is required along with a portfolio of past projects. (please show us at least 1 such project, it is a must have)

Tasks

  • JavaScript and CSS configurations for new customers integrating our services

  • Integrating our services directly into new customer webshop systems

  • Provide 2nd level customer support

  • Data processing and process optimization

  • Potentially adding new features of our service and optimizing it for different (mobile) devices.

    Abilities

  • JavaScript (some experience in different frameworks would be great e.g. AngularJS)

  • HTML

  • CSS

  • Experience in working on different CMS’s (mainly E-Commerce CMS i.e. Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop)

  • Good understanding of backend languages e.g. PHP, Ruby on Rails

  • Experience in mobile web development

  • Excellent English Skills

  • Self motivated, attention to detail, analytical thinking

    We do require face-to-face (video) check-in via Skype once a week.
