The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas :
- Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Madrid Parser´s Office
- Developing workflows to automate business processes.
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
- Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff
- Conducting regular system audits.
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
- Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
What You'll Bring To Us:
- +5 years of IT system administration experience.
- +5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
- Experience with process automation tools like Zapier
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
- Knowledge in cloud computing. GSuite Administration. Azure Administration.
- Slack Administration.
- Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge.
- Networking intermediate knowledge.
- Scripting/Bash/Powershell.
- ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge.
- Proven technical and support skills.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT system administration experience.
- 5+ years of Support and Infrastructure experience.
- Experience with or knowledge of SaaS platforms and operating systems (macOS, Linux, and Windows), current IT equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Saas platforms.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with Azure AD Administration.
- Experience with Slack Administration.
- Experience with Intune administration.
- MacOS/Windows 10 administration knowledge.
- Networking intermediate knowledge.
- ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge will be valued.
- Proven technical and support skills.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers, leaders.
