You are looking for a new career step where you can use your deep experience to enhance a product that help IT Service Deliver Managers around the world to increase digital experience of millions of employees and develop new skills of product owner.

Experimented IT Service Delivery Manager, you are managing digital workplace support team in large enterprise. You lead many service improvements projects, in the last years, to increase employee’s quality of service and reduce IT costs.

Your role

You will be a key contributor in realizing our mission: to provide the most efficient, appreciated and trusted digital workplace to millions of corporate workers. Your job will cover four main aspects:

  • Based on your personal experience and customer feedback you elaborate user stories, assess value, develop business cases and prioritize to ensure product is creating maximum value in alignment with our product strategy.
  • Advise the R&D teams with workplace-specific knowledge during the development of our catalog of self-help/self-healing workplace scripts and artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Contribute to the ideation and the launch of new product features.
  • Based on your experience, build content packs to help our customers to improve employee experience.  
  • You participate in scrum meetings, including refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and demos.
  • You follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.
  • Collaborate with and advise our Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams during customer engagements.

Qualifications

You are extremely passionate about solving challenging, real-life problems. You are a digital workplace expert with a strong commitment to deliver the best digital experience to end-users.  

  • 8+ years as digital workplace, collaboration or IT support Service Delivery Manager in a large IT organization.
  • Lead many service improvements projects to increase employee’s quality of service and reduce IT costs.
  • Understanding of the Windows and Mac operating system and related technology stack, including SCCM, Active Directory, MDM.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, and social awareness.
  • Ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering results incrementally and pragmatically.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect user feedback and understand customer pain points.  
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international, collaborative and fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.
