i-surance is a young and fast-growing provider of mobile device insurance program (smartphones, tablets, etc.). We partner with telecom operators and retailers to provide their customers with a superior value proposition. We source mobile devices globally at spot market prices (either new or refurbished), manage and optimize repair and refurbishment processes for speed. We are currently expanding our service across the European market.
Since our foundation in 2012 in Zurich, we have become a market leader in core segments and are rapidly scaling across the insurance market in Europe. Our operations are based in 2 European hubs, Berlin and in Barcelona, along with our sales offices in Zurich, Paris and London which will also expand to Amsterdam, Brussels and Milan.
In your role as IT Recruiter you will join our HR department and help us grow our IT team. You will manage the entire IT recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to sourcing and interviewing potential candidates.
On any given day, you'll be doing one or all of these things
· Write and post technical job descriptions
· Source potential candidates on various platforms
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
· Coordinate with IT team leader to forecast department goals and hiring needs
· Support on Onboard new hires and our local HR administration
· Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
· Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
· Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
· Nurture a positive working environment
