Support the successful and timely delivery of customer implementations as part of a customer-facing Pitcher delivery team.
Execute specific implementation tasks within set deadlines across multiple implementations and different market verticals, activities include and are not limited to: validating requirements, User Interface design workshops, UAT processes, product training, etc.
Liaise with different internal departments and customer project team ensuring alignment and adherence to the Pitcher project methodology.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven technical implementation experience (hands-on) with SaaS and/or CRM solutions.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Motivated and able to work without supervision to set timelines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong written and oral communication
Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution
