About the role

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients during their onboarding period, making sure they Implement our SaaS solution smoothly following the best timings. As the main responsible for their initial journey with Whisbi, you will make sure to set our clients for success from the beginning by coordinating the software implementation with the different teams involved.

In this cross-functional position, you will be able to achieve common goals only by promoting and ensuring a smooth and strong collaboration with the Sales team for understanding requirements and project scope, and with the Customer Success Team for making sure we are meeting clients' expectations and the internal technical implementation team for following up your guidelines.

About the team

Whisbi provides deeply integrated online sales solutions based on conversations. We serve customers in 37 countries, with full software support in 11 languages. We have an international Implementation and Onboarding team, reporting to the Head of Implementation. You would be working with team members based around the world. For this reason, we are looking for an open-minded person with a very international mindset. We are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. You will be part of an international team of professionals striving to lead our market segment globally by keeping our customers performing and most of all, happy.

 

What you'll be doing on the team
In the first month, you will:

  • Get to know Whisbi's software and how it is used among clients.
  • Understand the workflow between Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Implementation teams.
  • Get familiar with how the product works, its different configurations, and how it gets implemented.
  • Discover our clients and what's their stage in the implementation process
  • Learn about the different tools and software used by the team

By month 3, you will:

  • Learn the implementation processes and steps involved.
  • Get more aware of each client’s situation in the implementation process.
  • Be able to manage your first implementations, supported by the other Onboarding Project Managers.
  • Be able to communicate with both external and internal stakeholders for launching your first projects

By month 6, you will:

  • Be managing multiple implementations by yourself.
  • Contribute to improving the onboarding process.
  • Have full autonomy on ticket creation and project management.
  • Know who you should communicate with to unblock/accelerate an onboarding


About you

  • You have experience in project management and collaborating with different departments (commercial and technical) at an enterprise level.
  • You have a commercial approach for translating technical requirements into a business term.
  • You are a comfortable communicator, you know how to communicate orally and in writing to different audiences.
  • You have a strong ability to understand, scope, and manage a project in each phase, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing technical integrations, from CRM to Analytics tools is a plus.
  • You have knowledge of Customer Experience best practices.
  • You speak English at a business level (and ideally, Spanish too) - our clients are based all over the world.
