HR Generalist in Madrid

As the HR Generalist for Spain you will be supporting managers and employees on all HR related matters during this exciting time of growth. As an HR Generalist, you will be part of our European Briteling Experience team, which includes HR, Recruiting, and Facilities.

As our HR Generalist in Spain, you will be reporting into the HR Manager - Europe and be our on-the-ground ambassador tasked with engaging our Britelings and implementing thoughtful, scalable processes in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, and general HR compliance.

In this role, you will act as a dedicated HR partner to Britelings and Leaders in our Spanish Regions, taking charge of all HR duties. You will work in a matrix style structure, partnering with our Centres Of Excellence teams in Learning and Development, IT, Compensation and Reward, and Legal. As the Generalist, you will be responsible for all areas of HR from admin to business partnering and will therefore require you to be comfortable with hands on work as well as strategic projects.
