- To forge relationships with Operations and employees to drive positive employee engagement within the site.
- Manage entire employee lifecycle from hiring to separation
- Serve as HRBP for all employees in the office
- Own Performance Management process for Barcelona office
- The weekly tracking of Benefits, Invoices
- To work closely with the payroll departments with regards to site changes and the delivery of communications within this area
- Provide advice and support with regards to employment policies and procedures
- Assist with updating company documents to ensure that they comply with current legislation
- Participate in local site HR projects

- Point of contact for USA
- Preferred candidate would be a professional with 4+ years previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant/Human Resources Generalist, ideally in startup environment
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Laws is a must
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Both verbally and written).
- Proven track record of HR /payroll and or compensation benefits delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and strong HR Systems knowledge
- Strong HR reporting experience
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Must be proactive and demonstrate a can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills- Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal customers. Treats others with respect. Builds trust and rapport.
