Job Description

A day in this job

  • Responsible for the Sales and Marketing performance of Kreditech’s Product portfolio in Spain;
  • Develop local strategies while adhering to Kreditech’s overall vision and strategy;
  • Manage a substantial marketing budget across all marketing channels;
  • Lead a team of experts in their fields to achieve both qualitative and quantitative business targets;
  • Plan, monitor and execute marketing campaigns across channels such as Affiliate / Partnerships, SEM/SEO, Display, Social Media, PR, Offline and Branding as well as CRM campaigns - covering new client acquisition, customer retention and upsell strategies;
  • Constantly analyze customer acquisition funnel and general marketing performance metrics to consistently optimize and outperform targets and goals;
  • Conduct competitive analysis on key segments to define and optimize the market strategy for reaching and engaging customers;
  • Proactively provide relevant feedback in terms of product/reporting and other areas of the business to support country performance;
  • Share best practices with peers in other active markets to build internal knowledge base;
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including BI, Product, Engineering, Operations to ensure efficient communication channels are maintained and performance is consistently improved;
  • Source, negotiate and implement local strategic B2B partnerships;
  • Report directly to the Country Managing Director.

 

Desired Skills & experience

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with top grades from a recognized school; Preferably of fields such as marketing, economics, business management, mathematical engineering;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, including  Affiliate, SEM/SEO;
  • Customer retention, cross- and upsell strategies. Branding TV/Radio experience of advantage;
  • Proactive - Ability to self motivate and drive, execute and deliver against ambitious goals;
  • Analytical, Numbers driven, incl.use of hard data and metrics to measure and improve performance. Strong MS Excel skills is a must;
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, cross channel & cross device marketing;
  • Strong campaign/project management skills;
  • Fintech/Consumer finance experience is a strong plus;
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish speaker;
  • You are a team player who strives to create a positive culture with hard deliverables and humor at the workplace;
  • Outstanding people management skills and experience in leading teams of 3+ employees.
