You will be a key member in wefox, driving the Business in Spain and working very closely with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and promote our expansion to the Spanish market. You will build and implement the sales strategy, hire and train a team of B2B Sales Professionals and B2C Sales talents with the aim to hit all targets and create the path to reinvent insurance distribution at scale
Define and set strategy for new Sales projects in Spain
Build the sales function and define a clear sales process to be executed by your teams (B2C and B2B2C)
Establish adequate KPIs in order to measure performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies
Proactively provide relevant feedback in terms of product/reporting and other areas of the business to support country performance;
Source, negotiate and implement local strategic B2B partnerships
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a Sales leader with experience in the Spanish Insurance Broker Market
Self-starter and hands-on who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
Strong metrics and analytical orientation
Strong network from which to recruit both new sales roles.
Ability to adapt, execute 360º and coordinate with all departments in a company
Open minded to change and willing to drive it forward.
Strong desire to reinvent insurance distribution
Excellent Spanish and very good English written and verbal communication skills
Availability to travel.
Will be a plus:
A charismatic speaker and challenge lover with "play to win" skills.
Hold a Bachelor's degree with top grades from a recognized school; Preferably of fields such as marketing, economics, business management,etc.
