Job Description

As the first member of our HR team, your responsibility will be diverse:

  • Lead our recruitment strategy: hire and manage our in-house talent acquisition squad, management of our recruitment agencies, collaborate with Managers on recruiting needs, adapt strategies according to different jobs, screen and interview candidates.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the employee's lifecycle (admin, legal, payroll….)
  • Development of our employer branding and sourcing strategy to ensure a strong candidate pool
  • Ensure that the entire hiring process is up to our expectations in terms of diversity and culture
  • Recruit, train and manage Amenitiz internal HR & TA team.
  • Build and improve our HR processes while also keeping them up to date with the latest legal requirement

Preferred Experience


  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Lived (part of) the journey of scaling a company from 40 to 200 people
  • Handled Talent Acquisition and organisational design at a 0 to 200+ scale
  • Passionate and always want to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You get it done and never give up!

No go

  • No previous experience. The Head of People position is critical for the future of Amenitiz, and we cannot afford to hire someone who will be learning on the job.
  • Don't like to get your hands dirty. We have huge ambitions, but we're still a small company, so we need someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • You don't like working with great people. That's unlikely, but just in case we thought we'd mention it ;)

Recruitment Process

  1. Applicant validation, how well will you match with the job and your team is essential to us at this stage; we don’t want to waste your time!
  2. A video screening (45-60 mins) to assess cultural fit and alignment on objectives
  3. Business case presentation & deep dive in your previous experience
  4. Meet some of our investors & advisors
  5. Final meeting with the CEO
