Job Description

The job:
* Manage and operate the paid marketing department
* Set online acquisition campaigns: AdWords, Facebook, Criteo. You will be invited to look into new ads channels opportunities and follow the trends of the market.
* Manage the SEO strategy
* Report performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis: make the numbers speak
* You will report directly to founders
* Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation. Optimize, test, measure CPA and growth margin

The Profile:
* 3 to 4 years online marketing experience in SEM, SEA and Social Advertising in a digital agency or in start-ups
* Very good expertise on AdWords, Facebook ads and Analytics
* Good expertise in SEO
* Data driven and analytical mindset
* Rigorous, organised and autonomous
* Native French or German. Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact; ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal teams
* Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience working in global teams and collaborating across multiple geographies is a plus
* Passion for aviation is a huge plus
* Is interested to join a start-up for the long run
