A Part-time Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing is required by a venture studio, led by an ex-unicorn brand team. The studio is focused on creating and taking to market ventures in artificial intelligence, blockchain and direct to consumer CPG products. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will have end-to-end ownership of performance, brand & PR.
This role will be responsible for:
- Delivering growth across all channels for the studio’s ventures
- Generating creative strategies to discover and leverage alternative channels and tools
- Driving customer acquisition through key performance channels
- Leading the hands on execution of a content led growth strategy
- Leading a marketing team as one evolves and grows around him/her
- Leveraging data, content, community and cutting edge tools to massively amplify - performance
- Running PR campaigns, generating strategic and tactical awareness via speaking opportunities, press events and influencer engagement
- Translating the brand in a creative way by providing clear story and content
- Utilising the full mix of digital channels and data analytics
- Ownership of conversion and retention strategies to increase user activity
- Growing the brand with influencers and users through all channels
- Marketing strategy formulation, as well as day to day execution of marketing efforts
Candidates should have:
- Excellent knowledge of the digital channels and their roles as part of a multi-channel marketing strategy, especially content, SEO and social.
- Experience with influencer engagement
- Strong experience using data to generate strategic direction, brand
- Experience with community growth and engagement
- Ability to creatively leverage unconventional or alternative strategies, tools and channels to generate growth, engagement, boost discovery and education, and conversions
- Proven track record in delivering growth through digital marketing and paid media channels.
- Experience in writing multi-channel digital marketing (content & paid media) growth strategies which include latest digital marketing trends.
