Job Description

We have 50 passionate and talented engineers from our R&D team working on developing the best UX analytics software.

Leadership:

    • Stay abreast of the current market conditions and trends and incorporate new innovations into company marketing strategy and plans to drive brand engagement, customer acquisition and sustainable long term sales and profit.
    • Provide key insights to internal stakeholders to help grow the business. Analyze and disseminate results, evaluating marketing effectiveness and ROI of all marketing programs
    • Partner with leaders in the client organization and product management to build and deliver timely and integrated marketing plans to support business objectives and the functional teams that interact with the market
    • Manage activities and staff responsible for content production, tradeshows, and marketing campaign management.

Lead Generation and Sales Support:

    •  Direct and manage development of marketing strategy and tactical execution of programs to generate leads necessary to support high growth rate, maintain profitability, and realize company strategic objectives
    • Establish, maintain and manage repeatable processes that ensure best practices in nurturing campaigns, lead generation, analytics, A/B testing, inbound marketing activities (SEO, SEM) and web infrastructure to ensure proper marketing execution
    • Define best-in-class practices for each digital marketing channel and explore emerging digital marketing technologies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
    • Create processes and a cadence of regular reporting and analysis

Brand Development:

    • Adapt the company’s market and brand identity and PR strategy to fit to the business practices, competitive environment and specific customers in the country
    • Generate brand awareness by managing marketing communications, PR, programs, events, etc. to ensure a high level of visibility for the company. Oversee marketing communication including branding, public relations, advertising, messaging, segmentation and all other marketing materials
    • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms (presentations, leaflets, videos, studies, demos, …)
    • Manage the company's blog, social media, SEO, SEM programs, resource center, and other marketing initiatives
    • Drive a data-oriented marketing approach in usage and impact of communications

Professional Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, MBA a plus
    • 5+ years of marketing experience combined with previous experience in B2B brand marketing, product marketing, and marketing communications in a SaaS company
    • Experience in leading the development of marketing strategy, branding, thought leadership and PR, demonstrated proficiency in developing marketing programs to achieve targets
    • Demonstrated track record in developing and growing a successful business in a highly competitive and fast growth environment
    • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, measurement and reporting
    • Strong knowledge of SFDC and marketing automation tools
    • Position product and services with dynamic and compelling messaging and storytelling
    • Experience managing a team of individuals responsible for full lifecycle
    • Solid experience in driving and leading quality demand and B2B lead generation programs, and can show clear and consistent results
    • Ability to lead through influence, adjust to changing priorities and enable consistent team success
    • Strong developer of people and talent: proven people management experience
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
