Wind is shaping the world into one with more sustainable urban living and less traffic congestion. We provide internet-connected scooters on every corner as a zero-emission last mile transportation solution that is both safe and fun.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing EMEA, to be responsible for developing and executing cohesive, integrated marketing strategy across EMEA, by building winning tactics that will positively impact the business.

Responsibilities

    • Own the implementation of Wind’s brand strategy throughout EMEA.
    • Work to further develop regional marketing plans that span brand (online campaigns, offline brand activation initiatives, merchandising, events, etc).
    • Work to implement user acquisition and retention efforts throughout the region.
    • Work closely with the company’s Launch team, enabling them to meet their expansion goals by providing them with scalable plans that support brand awareness and revenue generation.
    • Work closely with product management to support revenue generation efforts, marketing materials and programs.
    • Work closely with local communities and develop successful field marketing programs.
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends to ensure that Wind remains uniquely positioned.
    • Manage social media presence within the region and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
    • Ensure the development of relevant support materials.
    • Build and develop an outstanding Marketing team!

Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience in a leading marketing role in a fast paced and rapid growth start-up, with some or all of that time in the shared economy/ logistics industry.
    • Great communication and collaboration skills.
    • Great management and leadership skills.
    • Super creative and digitally savvy – analytics, Marketing platforms, etc.
    • Demonstrated project leadership experience organizing and handling multiple priorities and a complex workload.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with team orientation involving regular communication.
    • Can-do attitude and ability to roll up sleeves as needed.
    • Entrepreneurial hustle and proven self-starter with owner’s mentality, with a motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.
    • MBA from a top school is a plus.
    • Excellent English skills.
    • Strong interest in technology & mobility.
