We
are looking for a Head of Marketing EMEA, to be responsible for
developing and executing cohesive, integrated marketing strategy across
EMEA, by building winning tactics that will positively impact the
business.

Responsibilities
Own the implementation of Wind’s brand strategy throughout EMEA.
Work
to further develop regional marketing plans that span brand (online
campaigns, offline brand activation initiatives, merchandising, events,
etc).
Work to implement user acquisition and retention efforts throughout the region.
Work
closely with the company’s Launch team, enabling them to meet their
expansion goals by providing them with scalable plans that support brand
awareness and revenue generation.
Work closely with product management to support revenue generation efforts, marketing materials and programs.
Work closely with local communities and develop successful field marketing programs.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends to ensure that Wind remains uniquely positioned.
Manage social media presence within the region and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Ensure the development of relevant support materials.
Build and develop an outstanding Marketing team!
Requirements
At
least 5 years of experience in a leading marketing role in a fast paced
and rapid growth start-up, with some or all of that time in the shared
economy/ logistics industry.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Great management and leadership skills.
Super creative and digitally savvy – analytics, Marketing platforms, etc.
Demonstrated project leadership experience organizing and handling multiple priorities and a complex workload.
Strong interpersonal skills with team orientation involving regular communication.
Can-do attitude and ability to roll up sleeves as needed.
Entrepreneurial hustle and proven self-starter with owner’s mentality, with a motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.
