As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for setting the strategy and executing the plans across the customer journey. This is a newly created role with a large scope to really demonstrate your creativity and digital expertise to accelerate our brand and product awareness.
Responsibilities
- Create and lead the execution of the marketing and communication plan to achieve company goals
- Develop an effective go to market strategy for every Tropicfeel product
- Create the best customer journey experience ever. From the product unboxing to the tracking email, without forgetting offline channels.
- Lead a team of copywriters, content creators and storytellers to make sure we meet the deadlines and quality standards
- Project management
- Supervise social media & PR strategy
Required Skills & Background
- +5 years of experience leading marketing teams for consumer brands or fast-growing b2c startups
- Experienced project leader with excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Storyteller with a visual mindset
- Creative copywriting skills
- English native speaker
