The Mission
Your mission as Head of Human Resources & Talent is to help us attracting, motivating and retaining the best talent.
You
will work closely with the CEO and the Heads of Departments to manage
the recruiting process and administer human resource policies and
procedures to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and
objectives.
Kantox is continuously growing and to keep building

the aspects related to people, how to attract A-players, how to motivate
them and how to maintain a challenging environment for our talented

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels. We want our people to feel happy in the company.
- Identify and hire outstanding people. We want to attract and motivate the best people.
- Working
closely with Managers to develop and implement HR programs that will
increase employee satisfaction and commitment levels, providing coaching
techniques and developing performance improvement plans, making Kantox a
great place to work.
- Handle all aspects of HR policies &
programs (recruitment/onboarding, immigration, legal, training &
development, performance management, departures, succession planning,
organizational development, absence control, etc).
- Review, document and update existing HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures and legislative requirements.
- Manage external payroll providers.
Requirements
You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
- University education in Human Resources
- +5 years in a Manager position, as a HR Business Partner or a HR Manager
- Previous experience in full cycle recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Business
acumen, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, strategic
thinking and strong planning/project management skills, as well as the
ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment
- Effective coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills
- Team building and team development capabilities. Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors;
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources
- Possesses
intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team/business,
especially in a multicultural and multi-location environment
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in start-ups, innovative and fast-growing companies in the technology field will be highly appreciated
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral) is a must, other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of employment legislation in Spain and UK, including the UK pensions regulation.
