our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and partly
executing a world-class marketing and growth strategy that will help us
acquire 1000 customers in 2 years and turn Harvestr into a reference
software brand.
You will structure our growth organization and processes to increase revenue, drive engagement and retention.
To help you achieve this mission, you will surround yourself with the best talents and build your dream team.
💪 What you should be great at 💪
- 3+ years of successful experience in a high-level marketing/growth position
- story-telling and branding skills
- deep understanding of various marketing channels including paid search, SEO, content, ABM, social, events
- growth-hacking and results-driven mindset (testing, measuring, iterating)
- strong understanding of how to leverage data to optimize the marketing funnel
- high interest in cutting-edge performance marketing and automation tools
- hands-on and at ease with working in an entrepreneurial environment
- team player and dedicated people manager passionate about learning and coaching
- fluent in English
