As a Head of Digital your mission will be to lead all
Direct-to-Consumer Acquisition and Retention Marketing, including all
digital touchpoints across Email, Paid Search, Paid Social, Product
Listing Ads (PLAs), Display/Retargeting, and Affiliate Marketing
channels. Your metrics will be the ROAS and the Conversion Rate.
Responsibilities
- Data-driven manager
to drive new customer acquisition efforts within paid and performance
channels with focus towards rapid growth
- Provide the reporting
and recommendations on the weekly/monthly digital marketing budget spend
by taking into account key metrics such as conversion rates and cost of
acquisition across customer segments, campaigns, and digital marketing
channels
- Leads data-driven consumer marketing strategy,
including the end-state vision of how to use consumer data and insight
to drive segmentation, channel strategy, targeting, messaging, and CRM
- You will manage GO/FB/IG/Email strategies and execution
- Website management in collab with the design team
- You will propose new technologies that will improve CR in all funnel stage of sales
- You will perform the technical implementations at all levels
- Provide
continuous improvements to organic search results through SEO
techniques in coordination with content and structure of websites,
landing pages, and other web pages
- You will lead and manage the affiliates strategy with our Biz Dev. mngr.
Skills
- Experience in tools such as Google Analytics and payment channels such as Google Ads
- Experience on CRM tools and other email automation service, such as Salesforce
- Advance excel skills
- You’re used to working with Shopify or willing to learn about this CMS
- Technical expertise and hands-on experience managing large digital marketing budgets /min.20,000€ per month)
- Proactive (initiative), disciplined and highly organized approach to work
- Ability to take independent decisions after having analyzed the situation
- Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbally)

Experience/Education
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing
- Minimum
5+ years of relevant experience working in a digital marketing agency,
e-commerce company or any kind of digital marketing team
- Experience working for a startup and helping scale it is desirable but not mandatory
