Stayforlong is the first booking place specialized in long
stays. We offer bookings from three nights onwards with excellent
discounts depending on the total nights booked. Currenlty, we work
together with more than 100.000 hotels worldwide and with the main
metasearches such as Trivago, Tripadvisor and Kayak.
We are expanding our financial department, so we are hiring a Head of Finance.
Main responsabilities:
- Work with the CEO on the financial definition of the financial goals. Monitoring the compliance of financial budgets.
- Manage and identify the main financials challenges and possible financial eventualities of the company.
- Make a cost optimization plan based on financial budget.
- Report on financial risk to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Monthly report of the company’s Financial Statements (Balance Sheet
and Income Statement), Business Plan and Cash Flow to the CEO.
- Coordination with the Business Intelligence team to the correct extract of the main financial KPI’s.
- Control of personnel expenses and other costs not associated with the business activity.
- Hiring of the external providers related to the financial department.
- Review and check monthly and quarterly tax settlements.
- Manage the financial team to perform the Audit.
- Advise the CEO on the investment in certain financial products.
- Support the Fund Raising team in resolving doubts about financial
KPIS, attending meetings with investors and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Financial expert.
- Experience in control and planning the cash flow of the company of 3 years from now.
- Experience in managing company’s cash in other currencies.
- Experience in a high volume B2C business model.
- Experience planning the payments and collections according to the budget.
- Experience in the travel sector.
- Advanced English level.

- Gross annual salary: 50.000 - 70.000€. Salary is negotiable according with the experience.
