Seeking a creative, dynamic leader with expertise in demand generation across the sales lifecycle. We’re looking for someone who can grow new logo business as well as increased penetration in existing accounts. This leader will drive significant pipeline development for the business and collaborate with both field marketing and sales.

The successful candidate will have an intimate understanding of today’s digitally-led, omnichannel marketing mix; it is imperative the incumbent understand enterprise buying cycles and ultimately how to target, qualify, and convert thousands of business-to-business contacts/leads on a quarterly basis.

The successful incumbent will connect disparate data sources to reveal and uncover new and innovative approaches to lead conversion and overall funnel management.

This is a leadership position, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with many other teams to execute their mission. Applicants who demonstrate experience leading global teams in a matrix environment to deliver significant growth in the pipeline will be given prime consideration.


  • Formulate and execute the strategy by which the global business team and local BUs generates and qualifies SQL leads

  • Develop outbound lead generation strategy for digital and local offline channels.

  • Develop and launch end-to-end lead nurturing to 1) create prioritized ‘nurture pools’ to continue to keep buyers not yet ready to purchase up-to-date with the company and their offerings; and 2) enhance the account-based marketing practice

  • Collaborate day-to-day with sales and sales leadership to create the demand needed to grow the business exponentially

  • Partner with the global marketing team to define business needs, coordinate campaigns focused on lead generation and establish effective workflows between marketing and sales. Collaborating with growth marketing for the identification and activation of prospects coming from inbound campaigns for pipeline generation.

  • Contribute to the implementation of global processes within the sales team for the correct use of CRM tools and effective monitoring/tracking of campaigns.

  • Laser-focus on data – ongoing analysis and effectiveness of targeting to ensure consistent ROI across omnichannel campaigns, with a view to consistently optimise conversion



  • Superior command of CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or other marketing automation software.

  • 7+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role driving lead and demand generation across multiple lines of business; experience in a high-tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment is a must.

  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus as well

  • Agility – innovative thinking and flexibility to change course when necessary, to achieve results.

  • Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong collaboration – ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation; a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork.

  • Multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset essential; International experience essential

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
