Description

Our amazing Hardware and Logistics Manager who has successfully built the whole function from the ground up is moving onto a new challenging role within the Operations team. And now we are looking for a strong successor to bring passion, dedication and willingness to take this important role within Glownet to the next level.


Here are the objectives / responsibilities of the role:

  • Organise and continue to develop the new Hardware and Logistics department (currently 1-2 person team)
  • Manage our hardware assets and RFID wristbands / cards so that there is always stock known and available and all our assets are managed properly and with care
  • Provide logistical support to the Delivery team pre-, during, and post- event on a global scale making sure that all our projects hardware needs are properly planned and supplied, all transportation arranged and all packing is prepared
  • Maintaining accurate department reporting of costs and usage of assets
  • Coordinating administrative functions of the department including dealing with customs documents, incoming deliveries, new hardware shipments, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hardware and consumable partners
  • Organizing repairs and technical maintenance of hardware
  • Research new hardware options with support from the engineering team

  • General understanding of RFID/NFC technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) and project management tools
  • Experience in hardware and logistics management
  • Able to legally work in Spain
  • Ability to travel occasionally to projects as the role needs
  • Education: University degree or higher in Business, Business Management, International Business, or similar
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus
