ABOUT THE ROLE
We
are looking for a driven and confident customer insights driven leader
and retention manager to work across most teams from Data to Product as
well in the Marketing community to unlock true insights and drive
growth.
Working
with the head of digital and head of acquisition and others in Global
Marketing, you will collaborate for joint initiates from personas to
engagement and loyalty strategies and tactics.
We are keen on Marketing oriented professional who will lead the charge and bring the team with her/him.
Proactively
supporting the Global Marketing Team, you will work with a
multicultural and diverse team (French, Irish, Spanish and more) to
create and deliver the best marketing strategy to the market.
A learning mindset, respect to others, and ability to work in ambiguity are expected at this ambitious mid-level role.
The
position is based in downtown Barcelona with lovely roof terrace and
monthly events and socials, fitness opportunities as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Digital:
-
Consumer Experience Guardian
-
Review
the end to end consumer experience with the aim to identify issues and
opportunities with the consumer experience ensuring we strive to have
satisfied customers measured with NPS satisfaction ratings, consumer
review ratings and high engagement across our touchpoints.

Create
a clear dashboard and baseline of the current experience and ratings
and develop roadmap to improve and drive higher consumer satisfaction
and loyalty.
Marketing automation :
-
Create
a clear Retention strategy with the Digital Head, including loyalty
programs which is supported by a strong backbone of marketing automation
on our preferred platform. Strategy should encompass reviews, referral,
cross selling and more. Clear targets, KPIs and benchmarking should be
included.

Create
easy to follow campaigns dashboards and cover all retention topics in
the monthly calls with countries on achievements from the previous
months and plans for coming months.

Share best practices from other countries and externally.

Support
execution of the retention roadmap including rolling out new marketing
automation tool, processes and structures. Support in reviewing the
communication flows to better achieve the retention targets including
working on content and new brand communication.

Report bugs and optimise processes, communications and tooling.

Run
regular campaigns with the central team and local country champions
including running regular campaign reporting, reviewing performance
against the targets, suggest improvements and execute agreed changes
Internal
comms : Newsletters and mailers: you’ll be in charge of a weekly
newsletter to all of the marketing team members of Ubeeqo in whole
Europe to share updates on the business, tips for working, good
campaigns, best practices, etc
Social : Strategic approach to tackling social retention relating to campaigns as well as overall digital initiatives
Tracking
social presence of the countries and competitors with the aim to come
up with a more centralised approach to social media in ubeeqo.
Opportunity to work on the content strategy on the blog and the social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram)
