About the position:
We are
seeking a great Global Head of Talent Acquisition to coordinate global
recruiting efforts and manage a team in Latin America (Colombia and
Mexico) from Madrid. A dotted line of reports is also expected from the
countries, as we also count with strong local Recruiters who will follow
the global processes in order to keep reports automated, processes
aligned and best practices shared. The report is direct to the Global VP
of People.
How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Continue designing recruiting best practices for global implementation;
- Be the main
point of contact for our ATS (Greenhouse) and make sure the countries
and recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders, are making the
best out of it;
- Deliver
top-notch recruiting processes and insights. You will also be the person
the main stakeholders will be in touch with to support with critical or
C-Level roles;
- You are a strategic and analytical person who will be able to report numbers and main KPIs for recruiting;
- You are a "People Person" and loves interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- You are a
brand ambassador and will make sure to join the right events, engage
with possible future hires, keep a good engagement with universities,
etc.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably on a global scope;
- Experience in recruiting C-Level and management roles;
- Experienced in tech/digital businesses;
- You adapt to changes easily and would love to work in a fast-paced environment;
- You have a great communication and engage with different stakeholders;
- Native Spanish or Portuguese. English is a big plus.
About the team you’ll work with:
The HR
team worldwide is great. We count with different backgrounds,
nationalities and experiences. As for Recruiting, you will work on a
daily basis with 2 direct reports based in Colombia and in Mexico, who
oversee the recruiting in Latin America. You will collaborate, share
experiences and insights, processes and others with the local recruiting
teams, spread all around LatAm and also in Europe.
