Job Description:
We
are looking for an experienced Global Content Manager to guide our
content strategy worldwide, which aims at improving our customer
experience as well as interactions within the community. For that, we
need someone to create, improve and maintain quality content.
The
ideal candidate would be an experienced professional with demonstrable
creative writing skills and able to oversee all marketing content
initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a
positive customer experience.
In this role, you will work with the Head of Global Marketing to define our content goals.

Responsibilities:

Create a global content strategy and develop it aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets and goals.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop the content strategy.

Liaise with all the marketing managers to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice in each country.

Create and publish engaging content.

Optimize content according to SEO.

Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.

Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board.

Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection).

Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Requirements:

Work experience as a Content manager (5+ years)
-
Native or advanced English level, knowledge of other languages is a plus
-
Master’s Degree in Journalism, Communication or any other related field
