We
are looking for a talented engineer for our Ads team in Barcelona. As a
Full-stack Software Engineer at Scopely you will design, implement and
maintain critical applications that have real impact on our customers
and business, from the Ads SDK that is integrated in all our games to
server side applications that extend our data platform to deliver
actionable insights and automated actions across core parts of our
business.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Platform Ads SDK
- Work with several different stakeholders and QA team to ensure high-quality deliveries and integration of the Platform Ads SDK
- Design, implement and maintain server side applications
Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience working closely with end users and customers to build products that are widely adopted
- Experience with mobile development
- Experience with backend development
- Full professional command of English
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required, advanced degree strongly preferred
Other helpful skill areas:
- SQL
- Data processing frameworks (Hive, Spark, Flink, Pig, etc)
- Application deployment and monitoring
- AWS
- Expertise in one or more of Java, Scala or Python
- Specific business domain knowledge in games, mobile, UA, Ads, or CRM is helpful but not strictly required.
