Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Growth Front-End Engineer to join our Growth & Development Team at Etergo! You will be part of an experiment-driven marketing organisation in a fast-growing company that is reinventing electric mobility. Our team is working on the borderline between business and technology to bring most value in quick iterations.


What you will be doing:

  • Prototype, build, test and improve Etergo website (SPA built with React and Redux) and blog, with a keen eye on building experiences that increase conversion rate and traffic;

  • Work cross-functionally with marketers, designers and sales people to rapidly run and deploy experiments and A/B tests to accelerate acquisition, activation, and revenue;

  • Code landing pages for product or service releases;

  • Preparing data for analysis and develop visualisation and analysis tools to monitor and improve marketing & sales;

  • Data acquisition: use different data sources and methods to extract, transform and load data into our systems. Clean and organize the data as needed.

  • Evaluate new tools and platforms to understand if they are valuable and worth investing in;

  • Participate in creative planning sessions to help define and evaluate growth initiatives.

Good to know:

  • Our tech stack: ES6+, React, Redux, SCSS, Django, Postgres

  • Tools that we currently use: Yarn, Webpack, ESLint, SassLint, Recharts, Raven, GitLab

Requirements

This is the right role for you if:

  • You come with 3+ years of experience with front-end web development (ES 6+, HTML, CSS, React, Redux);

  • You have experience with:

    • RESTful APIs;

    • building tools, products, and pages for Marketing/Growth teams;

  • You have good knowledge of:

    • CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS, LESS etc.) and CSS animations;

    • analytics, SEO, event tracking and A/B testing;

  • You speak, read and write fluently in English;

  • You have a practical approach to solving problems (80/20 rule), curiosity, creativity and desire to learn new things;

  • You're able to take calculated risks (and learn from your mistakes);

  • You are results-driven and rigorous about using data in order to make informed decisions.


You'll get bonus points for:

  • Previous experience working with Growth Marketing teams or growth organizations;

  • Interest in electric vehicles and automotive;

  • Creating FWA / AWWWARDS worthy landing pages and microsites;

  • Good knowledge of HubSpot and Google Analytics;

  • Experience with Python & Django.
