Job Description

Stakester is a new, innovative, tech company based in Central London. We are looking for a mid-level front-end developer to work on the infrastructure design and implementation. This person will be someone who is keen to build something from scratch and have the chance to put their input into every aspect of the product.

We believe every gamer should be able to raise the stakes and play for money, and Stakester enables them to do so. We want competitors to be able to back themselves at any time, anywhere. We believe that the user journey is the most important aspect, and we want to make the best platform possible for them.

Requirements
3+ years as a professional developer.
Experience in a number of front end programming languages (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
Database experience.
Experience with version control tools (git).
Experience with automated testing tools.
Exceptional technical communication skills.
Experience working with both UI/UX designers and back end developers.
Be someone who would be a Stakester customer.

Ideally we are looking for someone with;
Django experience.
Ionic Framework experience.
PostgreSQL experience.
A portfolio of previous work.
A passion for competition.
Responsibilities
When joining the Stakester team, you will be responsible for
Writing high performance code and associated documentation.
Collaborate with the entire team to help design new features.
Taking command of system and feature designs as they develop.
