What are we building?
At Kickstox we have the modest goal of reinventing fantasy football
and transforming it into a 24/7, real time game that allows football
fans to meet, greet and compete. For this we have created the Kickstox
players exchange where users can build their own portfolio of football
players, trade them
at any time, compete in different competition formats and challenge
their friends to prove them they know best about football, every day –
every play!
Front-end engineer at Kickstox
We need you to be the best of both worlds; a manager who takes complete control of the Tech team
and also a creative, front-end developer that is not afraid to get
his or her hands dirty. The foundations have been laid but the quest to
expand and improve is never ending and for that we look to you. You are
able of reaching the milestones, building responsive and elegant web
applications, improve usability and customer experience and find
solutions to the everyday
challenges that come up.
You will work in a small experienced team of different skill sets to
manage with a high probability of expansion in the near future.

Proven experience with managing multi-talented and multi-national teams

Full professional command of English (Dutch is a pro)
Profound working knowledge with:

Location
Kickstox is located in the incubator of the Nyenrode New Business
School in the centre of Amsterdam. In this inspiring environment we work
together with 8 other companies in an easy and welcoming atmosphere. A
game of Ping-Pong for leisure and the Friday afternoon drinks are
recurring events.
