Job Description

I’m not sure if this role is for you, but just imagine yourself at a young fintech company transforming the world of mobile payments. You would participate in agile development lifecycles from sprint-planning to retrospective following the Spotify model where you would be part of a squad of fellow developers of different functions who are helping to optimize and develop our frontend as well as develop our customer and internal portals. To make it even more challenging and diverse, you would also be part of the Front end Chapter which means your squad can change now and then as we strongly believe in the power of cross-functional teams.

How would you feel if in a few months’ time you are working closely with development teams and are successfully delivering amazing experience through responsive and accessible web interfaces for our customers and your dear colleagues internally? You use the latest technologies like Angular 6+, Angular Material, HTML, CSS (SCSS), ECMAScript 6, TypeScript and you cross paths with Docker, Amazon Web Services or continuous integration and delivery. You like to write modular, scalable and reusable code. You’re sure that your code is of high quality, because you love writing unit tests. Is it challenging enough? Do you know better tools, bring them on!

“As an experienced Front end Developer, I’m confident with building responsive and accessible web interfaces and I enjoy working with frameworks like Angular, using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and SCSS (CSS). I’m more than aware of best practices of Angular, Angular Material ECMAScript 6, TypeScript. I cannot wait to learn the next technology in my stack. I believe that testing is crucial and am considering unit tests as a part of the features I usually develop.

I feel comfortable learning, sharing and gaining a different set of skills as I believe: if all team members will know a bit of many things and are proficient in some, it will make every team stronger.

I like working closely with both backend developers and UX designers. I care a lot about users because I’m aware that responsive design and optimizing performance helps in product success.

I solve problems methodically with confidence and with attention to detail. I’m not overwhelmed when my colleagues challenge the status quo and make suggestions. I have strong verbal and written communication skills. Besides all of that, I’m a nice person to hang out with."
