Job Description

HETIKUS is looking for a talented Email Marketing & Automations Manager to join our Marketing team and take the lead in our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include creating, coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns and automations end-to-end.

This role requires strategic mindset to proactively take full ownership of mapping the user life-cycle with transactional, ad-hoc, recurring and automated email campaigns.  

  • Collaborate with marketing team to identify target audience and grow our customer email list

  • Coordinate and communicate with various teams on content-creation, testing, and validation

  • Optimize email lead capturing efforts

  • Define and focus on local / country-specific related programs to address specific offers and needs

  • Write, edit and proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling, using our consistent tone throughout all our marketing campaigns, website, products, etc.

  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

  • Collaborate with content team members to send newsletters with relevant company updates

  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

  • Analyze campaign performance based on established objectives and KPIs

  • Produce monthly and quarterly campaign reporting, advising on performance and future optimizations

  • Ensure emails follow industry policies, regulations and best practices

  • Help define and maintain eCRM software filters, rules and conditions

  • Ensure symbiotic relationship with paid and earned media activities to maximize ROI.

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • Proficient English level required; other languages is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as Email marketing manager

  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

  • Experience with working in B2B and/or new tech startups

  • Experience creating and taking ownership of the email marketing strategy

  • Proven proficiency in marketing automation technology

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proven RoI-focused campaign management skills

  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
