The Role
The e-Learning content creator serves as a subject matter expert to design, develop, deliver, and improve e-learning products. This role will be heavily involved in eLearning modules development.
Key Responsibilities will include
create and deliver eLearning content to support our corporate induction and training activities
responsible for creating templates, checking content meets QA standards
'train the trainer' activities with other internal stakeholders who have the need to create eLearning content

Essential
2+ years experience
A creative thinker with a good eye for design
A storyteller who can turn simplify complex information
Basic understanding of learning theory and design
Basic understanding of LMS administration
Good understanding of video creation and editing (Elucidat or similar)
Detailed understanding of Windows/ Mac based software, networking and PC hardware
Desirable
Good understanding of e-Learning authoring software Elucidat
Knowledge of adult learning techniques and education programs
Experience training groups of individuals related to technical course content
Language
Very good English (a native speaker ideal, but not essential)
