Offer description

Promofarma.com aims to conquer several countries throughout this marketplace model. Next ones are France and Italy. We are looking for a “Ecommerce Country Manager” for the French market.

 

What you’ll do:

 The France eCommerce Country Manager has overall responsibility for the P&L, results, growth strategy and brand identity of the French website.

  • Responsible for the eCommerce marketplace business in France, reporting directly to the Promofarma CEO
  • Management of commercial eCommerce country performance, with focus on attracting the best sellers, having the largest local catalogue of products and brands, and profitable sales growth
  • Ownership and management of Promofarma brand in France, including product reviews, product content, social media and forums
  • Forecast weekly KPIs and plan mid-long term trends in accordance with Marketing, Business Development and Finance
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to French website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels, prioritising new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible
  • Daily monitoring of country Webshop performance and immediate escalation of issues to Platform Engineering Team and Customer User Experience department
  • Preparation and conducting of monthly Country reviews with General Management
  • Development and support of new opportunities for the related Country market
  • Optimization of service levels partnering with the best local courier partners
  • Ensuring local adaptations and briefing to marketing calendar and campaigns

Requirements

 A native French speaker, you also possess the following qualities:

  • Totally fluent in English
  • Top level graduate with a strong academic track record
  • Strong analytical and synthetical abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Proven communication and influencing skills
  • A rigorous and structured approach to your work
  • Have initiative and the ability to make suggestions
  • Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
  • Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent. You are hungry for success and you are also a person with genuine responsibility
  • Have a good command of Spanish
