Qatium is seeking a well rounded Director of Digital Marketing and Communications to join our team and champion our platform among our users and community.
Qatium is a cloud based developer of digital water technology with offices in Valencia, Spain and a presence around the world. The company operates an open and collaborative water management platform that helps utilities improve the efficiency of their water systems.
About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will drive and scale the growth of Qatium’s digital platform around the world. In this position, you will lead, develop and execute on our content marketing, social media and event strategy. You will also work with supporting teams such as developers, consultants and agencies to acquire and retain users.
What You'll Do
Drive awareness, acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, and referral campaigns
Work with designers and developers to manage Qatium’s website
Optimize and report on all owned and earned marketing channels
Own our social media presence: build our strategy, drive engagement, maintain analytics
Grow our brand awareness: assist in the development of marketing materials, campaigns, launches and events
Collaborate with partners, agencies, developers and internal teams on related projects

- You have 5+ years digital marketing experience at a B2B software startup
- You have a deep understanding of social media platforms
- You have experience organizing offline and online events
- You are comfortable with CMS, CRM and marketing automation applications
- Bonus points if you are comfortable using graphic design and video editing tools
- You have a strong command of English with excellent verbal and writing skills
- You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are a strategist and a doer at the same time
- You are highly organized and thorough

Your performance will be measured by:
Growth of event registrations and qualified leads
Growth of social media following, mentions and website visits
Ability to consistently provide high quality deliverables in a timely manner
