We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to take
the lead in developing successful, long-term digital sales strategies
for our company.
You should have in-depth digital sales and marketing experience
and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with
different teams to ensure consistency through all digital sales
channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and
maintain a strong company digital presence. Ultimately, you should be
able to drive all digital sales efforts to achieve our business
objectives.

Responsibilities
Understanding the business’ commercial objectives and priorities, and how the digital assets can be used to deliver them.
Overview the strategy of digital marketing & customer relationship and maximizing the value of the data across our business.
Supervise all digital sales channels (e.g. website, apps, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget for the department.
Overview of the digital Paid Campaign strategy.
Generate new revenue opportunities in Dorna’s Digital channels & platforms.
Meeting clients and sourcing new leads at relevant trade fairs, and events.
Develop our digital sales roadmap. Stay up-to date.
Liaise with Product, Promotion and non-digital Sales teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
Oversee a team of 7, working in the various digital commercial
business lines and support areas (OTT, Ticketing, sponsorships, etc.).
Motivate digital sales team to achieve goals and define KPIs for the team.
Reporting to the media managing director and senior commercial media director with biweekly sales figures and updates.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
Ready to travel and work during events weekends.
Proven work experience as digital sales director, preferably in a
variety of sectors. Experience in the video and/or music industry will
be highly valued.
Strong achievement and client orientation. The ability to work from our office in Barcelona.
Experience of stakeholder relationship management.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful
digital sales and marketing campaigns with solid knowledge of online
sales and marketing tools and best practices.
Hands on experience with Google Analytics, CRM software and paid
digital marketing campaigns, digital marketing & customer
relationship
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills and passion for digital.
Being a petrol-head is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at the same time is essential.
English and Spanish languages. Others will be a plus.
