We are looking for a lover of all things marketing to join the Bipi team and help us spread the word about the future of car ownership! You’ll support the existing marketing team with a broad range of marketing activities.
Execution of the Digital Marketing strategy to achieve our goals with the payback and ROI defined in the business plan per each country.
Collaboration with other departments of the company to achieve our global goals.
Data Driven Mind-set and very analytical approach of each challenge we find in our journey
Manage our social media platforms as well as our email marketing platforms
Work with the content manager to develop and produce copy and content to deliver our marketing goals
Running reports and conducting analysis to support performance marketing and growth activities
Manage all social media channels and campaigns to build a solid audience and increase social media engagement.
Being proactive when publishing and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Coordinate social media messaging with other departments. This involves a close relationship with the Customer Care team, the PR team and the Social Media team
Excellence: capacity of organization, planning and execution. Focus on details and work under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar. Currently studying a Master related to Digital Marketing, available to subscribe an Internship Agreement through the School or University.
Previous experience (6 months at least) as digital marketing Intern
Proposal of new ideas in a highly dynamic market, don’t be afraid of testing new things, failing fast and changing the status quo.
Take every challenge with responsibility until we find the solution. Problem solving mind-set.
Emphatic skills, collaborate with other departments, being able to share achievements, fails, successes and solving problems together.
Highly analytical skills: obsession with data and permanent improvements. Capacity to report at the steering board.
Past experience with: Google analytics, Mailchimp, Social Ads, Adwords, Data studio, Tik Tok
