Job Description

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated full-time Digital Customer Care Agent possessing natural sales and communication abilities, that is a quick learner with a great work ethic to join the FREE NOW team in Madrid.

Do you mix well and love Customer Care? Are you an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter that is keen to learn with a passion for Customer Care? Then this is the role for you! As a Digital Customer Care Agent you will be the first point of contact for all our customer segments.

These are your responsibilities:

  • Active support and customer service for our customers (passenger and driver) by email
  • Find and communicate solutions to customers when having problems with the app, payment, lost and found, etc.
  • Management of (CRM) Customer Relationship Management process
  • After-sales activities on the driver side
  • Monitoring of driver activities and reporting the results
  • Moderate in difficult situations (especially between passenger and driver)
  • Presentation of FREE NOW applications and services
  • Active participation in the testing of new versions of the application


These are your qualifications:

A minimum of at least 1-2 years practical work experience in the area of Customer Care, Sales and/or Marketing.

  • Have excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical comprehension and fast learning capacities
  • Good knowledge of working with Mac, MS Office and Zendesk
  • A warm approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Native in Spanish and a good level in English (B2)
