We’re looking for a Product Designer with front end development skills to be responsible for the experience of managers and HR admins on our platform. We want to empower organisations with insights around what and how their employees learn and give them tools to encourage further personal development.

You’re a master at turning complex processes into intuitive interfaces and workflows.
You have built browser based web applications using React and are able to understand and discuss it's advantages and disadvantages relative to the other front-end tools and frameworks currently in-use.

The focus of your days …
You will work closely with our product and insights teams to combine feedback and requirements into straightforward solutions.
You will join user research sessions to develop a deep understanding into the needs and problems we try to solve.
You’ll combine product design and UI engineering to create and maintain scalable interfaces, working very closely with the engineering team to implement and craft these products.
