Job Description

Scytl is looking for a demand generation and digital marketing manager fluent in English and French, with B2B marketing experience in software companies.

The marketing manager will play an important role in leading the demand generation activities for our private sector vertical. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the company go-to-market and marketing programs that will generate new qualified prospects for the sales team.

Activities will be consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that include both inbound and outbound strategies to target our addressable market and drive demand.

This role will report to the global senior director of marketing.

This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role, requiring project management, cross-team collaboration, and excellent analytical skills.

The right person for the position understands that marketing is a science and drives the function by metrics.

Accountabilities

  • Own the demand generation programs and pipeline acceleration programs for our private sector vertical worldwide.
  • Manage portfolio of inbound and outbound marketing activities, including integrated campaign management, email marketing, webinars, trade shows, paid search, …
  • Create compelling educational content including ebooks and infographics in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Implement learnings to continuously optimize email, landing page, ad performance and ultimately lead conversion rates.
  • Support the implementation of our marketing automation platform.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the demand generation marketing programs.

  • Excellent organization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and guide the team through execution
  • Strong understanding of all digital acquisition channels, including display, search, social, lead buys and content sponsorships
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analysing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis

Experience and Education

  • 5 years of B2B demand generation experience in software companies
  • University degree in Business administration or Marketing
  • Experience managing webinars, virtual events, email, online ads, and direct marketing campaigns
  • Fluent in English and French. Working knowledge of Spanish required.
  • High familiarity with Salesforce.com
  • Marketing automation software experience required
