We utilise the latest tech in machine learning and have access to
advanced data sets that allow us to train our algorithms to replace slow
manual invoicing.

Data Scientist
Your primary focus will be in building, training, and maintaining
state of the art classification, prediction, risk measurement and
anomaly detection algorithms, related to real world business processes.
What You Will Do
Building and optimising our machine learning algorithms: our
classifiers, our anomaly detection systems, and out risk and simulation
models using modern machine learning techniques.
Feature analysis and selection: identifying and implementing effect pre-processing methods:
Extending our data with third party sources of information when needed and enhancing our data collection procedures.
Building and maintaining automated systems for processing, cleaning and verifying the integrity of the data used for analysis
Measuring and monitoring the performance of the implemented systems, including performance reporting.
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Requirements
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms,
such as Random Forests, Boosted Trees, SVM, classification networks, as
well as methods for validation and monitoring of algorithm performance.
Strong applied statistical skills. Ability to creatively use these
skills in novel contexts in a business environment. Ideally, experience
in putting machine learning algorithms into production.
Experienced with frameworks such as R and Python / Scikit-Learn and
willingness to learn new skills in this area. Experience with database
query languages and other programming languages are advantageous.
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, mathematics or quantitative
Science with strong mathematic content (e.g. Physics, Engineering)
Excellent Communication skills, ability to explain and communicate
results to a non-technical audience, curiosity and eagerness to learn
and develop new techniques.
