Data Developer in Barcelona

Prestamos Prima Group operates in crowdfunding and consumer lending markets.

The Data Architect/Developer will primarily assist with the implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts development efforts. The contractor will focus on Relational Data Modeling, Topology, ETL methodologies and consistency of data. Additionally the role supposes responsibility for SQL code reviews, enforcing SQL standards and optimization of stored procedures as needed.

Summary Of Responsibilities:

·        Design, creation and maintenance of analytics infrastructure (Data Warehouse and Data Marts)

·        Design Data Models and data access methods

·        Determine and socialize the best practices in the data model

·        Assist with reporting layers built on top of the Data Marts

·        Work with the enterprise DBA to ensure standards are maintained

·        Participate in code reviews

·        Assist in code optimization when required

·        Contribute to the process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

·        BS in Computer Science or related fields

·        Database architect experience utilizing the SQL

·        Some experience with reporting/analytic/OLAP tools (e.g. SSAS, Tableau)

·        Comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum environment, and interacting with internal clients

·        Ability to research data issues and resolve in a timely manner
